Privacy notice

Data controller: MEDIVIN PRO Borászati Kft. (registered office: 3910 Tokaj, Csurgó völgy, hrsz. 2332/10; phone: +36 30 811 9877; email: info@mariasy.hu), hereinafter: the Controller. This notice is based on Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Hungarian Act CXII of 2011 on informational self-determination.

1. What data is processed on this website?

This website is a static, informational site: it uses no advertising or analytics trackers, has no registration, and the Controller collects no personal data about its visitors. The browser stores only settings needed for the site to work (your age confirmation and the fact that you dismissed the cookie notice, as localStorage entries). These stay on your device, are never sent to the Controller, can be deleted at any time in your browser settings, and are stored on the legal basis of the Controller's legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)): operating the legally required age check.

2. Contacting us

If you contact us by phone or email (for example to book a tasting), the details you provide (name, contact, message) are used solely to answer your enquiry and arrange the visit. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). We keep this data for no longer than 1 year after the enquiry is closed, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Your data is not shared with third parties and is not transferred to third countries.

3. Embedded content and external providers

The site embeds Google Maps and uses Google Fonts, and a Vimeo video can be played on the estate page. When these load, the providers (Google Ireland Ltd., Vimeo Inc.) may process technical data (such as your IP address) under their own privacy policies. The "buy" buttons in the webshop lead to the external borbolt.hu store, which is not operated by the Controller; data provided there is governed by that operator's own privacy notice.

4. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to your personal data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and you may object to processing. Requests can be sent to info@mariasy.hu; we respond within 30 days.

5. Remedies

Complaints may be lodged with the Hungarian data protection authority: NAIH, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11, Hungary; phone: +36 1 391 1400; email: ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu; web: naih.hu. You may also seek judicial remedy.
